AI Policy

How we use AI, and how we don't.

We use AI tools to move faster where speed helps and keep humans where authorship matters. For game assets, AI assists ideation and variation; every production asset is authored, finished and quality-checked by an artist, and ships with a per-asset log of where AI was involved. For UA creatives, AI is part of how we produce volume without losing your brand: characters, style and UI come from your source files, AI changes the scene, not the game. We never upload your materials to tools that train on customer data, and we handle platform disclosure requirements for you.

Game assets

AI-assisted, human-authored

  • AI is used for ideation, variations, references and rough textures. The final asset is drawn, corrected and assembled by an artist.
  • A per-asset log ships with the sources: where AI was applied, which tool, what was done by hand.
  • You choose the mode per project: No-AI (manual only, slower and priced accordingly), AI-assisted (default), AI-first (prototypes and placeholders).
  • No client material goes into a tool without a data-training opt-out. The tool list and its terms are an annex to the contract.
UA creatives

AI-native, brand-locked

  • AI video and generation are how we deliver 40 variants instead of 8 for the same budget. We say so openly.
  • Characters and style are locked by your game's source files. AI changes the scene, never the brand. Our answer to brand drift.
  • We handle disclosure to platform requirements (Meta, Google, TikTok AI-content labels) on your behalf.
  • Hooks are marked AI-video, UGC-style or gameplay-based in every delivery, so your team knows what it is testing.
